Currently we are looking for Customer Service Representative with Italian and Spanish for one of our clients, an international medical company.
The right candidate will be responsible for receiving, registering and following customer’s service complaints in line with a standardised servicing process, building a strong relationship with internal complaint management stakeholders and data enrichment. The role is about handling and solving transport/ logistics related queries it is not product related complaints.
It is a great opportunity for a person passionate about providing excellent customer services and work in challenging and rewarding environment within a dynamic team. The right candidate should be fluent in Italian and Spanish as as well as having good communication skills in English language. Experience in customer facing environment would be a plus.
