Zadania:
For our Client, an international chemistry companywith its SSC established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking for candidates onthe position of: Customer Service Specialist
- receiving,processing and verifying customers orders
- data entering per each order to ensure correct deliveries and invoices
- handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders
- cooperationwith different departments: logistics, credit, accounts receivable, sales
- providingsupport for customers and solving their problems
- at least 2years experience in order management or customer service
- verygood command of English and German is a must
- good practicalknowledge of MS Office tools
- very goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
