Role:
- First point of contact for clients;
- Resolve clients requests by phone, email;
- Record and follow up all customer contacts;
- Being part of internal projects in company;
- Manage client relations;
- Delivering high level of customer service.
Profile:
- Advanced knowledge of German language;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- MS Excel skills;
- Previous experience / educational background in customer service will be an asset;
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
