We are looking for talented people for the role of
Customer Service Specialist with German

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the end users.


In this position you will provide Customer Technical Support Services and support customers in their navigation and use of applications, hardware and software necessary to complete actions related to doing their work.


You should also maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, and resource materials to
provide adequate support and accurate information to customers.

  • Identifying correct knowledge base solutions to use in performing necessary steps to deliver solutions that restore service
  • Troubleshoot/dispatch basic hardware issues
  • Working within a service management application to provide case logs for restoration rate accountability and process adherence
  • Engage with first level support contacts from internal/external end-users
  • Communicate resolution to software/hardware errors & malfunctions
  • Handle general ID resets, email issues, Internet Explorer issues
  • Probe, isolate, and troubleshoot supported application problems

You have
  • Min.Bachelor Degree
  • Good knowledge of German language (min.C1/C2)
  • Good knowledge of English language (min.B2)
  • Probing and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to identify, adapt, and apply approaches in problem solving
  • Basic skills and knowledge to perform troubleshooting and ID resets for various applications.
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical concepts and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
