For our Client, a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications we are looking for candidates for position Customer Service Specialist. 

To be a successful Candidate you must have good language skills: German (minimum B1 level) and English (minimum B1 level). You should have good PC skills. Previous experience in customer services is an advantage.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Providing solution for clients’ issues as well as anticipating their needs.
