The Customer Service Specialist provides application, integration and service support to customers with a consistently high level of accuracy. The Customer Service Specialist II is competent in more than one communication channel and capable of explaining multiple service offers. This role can fully support complex client requests and may assist the organization in continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
- Work in multi-channel support environment of phone, emails and/or online live chat.
- Provide great customer service to ensure every contact feels they are important.
- Field and resolve issues of low to moderate complexity with a high level of accuracy
- Handle routine support activities for clients and applicants including results explanation, help with online applications, training on applications and services, addressing billing issues and other basic account administration functions.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines, regulations and processes where applicable while exercising judgment and reasoning abilities in order to solve problems.
- Participate and contribute to efforts of improving service delivery
- Shift pattern with working hours between 7am and 8pm.
- Quarterly Bonus Incentive
- 1-2 years of Customer Service, Contact centre or Retail experience. (Experience in Background Screening or other regulated industry is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of quality customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications
- Ability to adhere to processes, procedures, confidentiality standards and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments
- Additional language is a plus
- S. Diploma Required Associates Degree or Higher Preferred
