Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer service
- Experience in leadership, coaching and developing others
- Fluent Italian
- Very good command of English
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to meet Stakeholder expectations

- Demonstrate relationship building skills, including Customers team members and business partners

- Leads and manages a team of Customer Care Specialist with Italian
- Manages day to day operations
