Our Client is a leading group from retail industry. Currently, new Centre has opened in Cracow and we are looking for the candidates to the following teams: Collections, Clearing, Financial Services.
On this position you will be responsible mainly for financial services area – processing non cashed issued checks, audit customer issued refunds as well as answering to customer inquiries. Moreover, you will be in contact with customer and determine actions that needs to be taken.
The successful candidate has approx.1 year of experience in Customer Service department who speaks fluent English. The ideal Candidate should present the ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing environment.
