An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Specialist (French Speaker) to join a successful and leading SSC in the Krakow area.
The customer service part of your role will involve handling inbound customer calls, emails and website registrations, providing service information, resolving service problems and ensuring customer queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
This role requires the successful candidate to be organised, an excellent communicator and to have the ability to self-manage workload. Ability to work under pressure and have good attention to detail. Fluent in English and French both verbally and in writing is a must. Although experience in a customer service is not essential, it would be very advantageous.
