- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues and you will be responsible for the following:
- Building a good relationship with the customer
- Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer support and creating exceptional customer experience
- Provide assistance via telephone (low volumes of inbound calls)
- Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and concerns
- Customer orientation and attention to detail
- High problem-solving capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- German & English level B2 (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service will be super-helpful :)
- Medical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies: pharmacy, biotechnology, etc.
