For our Client – Fast growing International IT software provider, based in Warsaw – we are looking for friendly and positive Customer Support Agent with fluent English.

The role will require you to interact with customers (UK market) through email, phone, chat, forum and social media while dealing efficiently and effectively with all customer queries, including troubleshooting problems.

We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills: the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful and conscientious. Written and oral communication skills in English (C2 level) are a must. Ideal Candidate should have about 1 year of experience in Customer Services or Account Management. Basic knowledge of MySQL will be a great asset.
