Job responsibilities:

Responding to customer requests and queries

When unable to resolve the query at first point of contact, escalate the query on to the support engineers in a timely manner to assist on getting to the root cause analysis.

First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc.

Building and maintaining business relationship with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience on similar position
- Network Security experience
- Firewall experience
- Basic knowledge on routing/switching
- Good communication skills
- Very good English
- Team player
