For our Client's new Shared Services Centre in Poznań, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Customer Support Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to Business Clients via phone, email, chat
- Managing and updating database (creating accounts, adding users, updating changes)
- Validating contracts
- Clarifying cases and assigning them to appropriate departments
- Maintaining high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Very good command of German
- Very good English language skills
- Experience in the field of Customer Care will be an asset
- Very good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
