For our Client, company with stable position on a market and office based in a comfortable location in Cracow (main square) we are searching for candidates for the position Customer Support with Danish.
Your Responsibilities:

- Providing support for our Clients in Health and Beauty area
- Resolving customers problems and answering questions
- Managing campaigns and advertisements
- Initiating new solutions and enhancements for the team and process
Requirements:
- Danish language C2, preferred native or close to native level
- communicative level of English language
- Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Relations, Customer Support, office work will be an asset
- Problem solving ability
