- Handling incoming calls, emails and chats.

Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with people - after all, you are our Supereroe!
- Communication skills and the ability to listen - each passenger has a story, and we help them get to their destination!
- Parli italiano? Perfetto! - B2 level in Italian and English is required.
