On behalf of our Client, a Shared Service Centre dedicated to an international company, we are looking for Candidates for the position Customer Technical Service with French and English to join our Client’s office based in Łódź.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for responding to business clients technical enquiries in a timely manner, completing customer product specifications on time and in full and ensuring that all information is compiled and entered into system. The role includes constant training and remaining aware of technical issues.
We are looking for Candidates with food technology diploma (or related qualification) and minimum 2 years’ experience in the food industry. Very good command of English and French is a must. Previous knowledge of quality systems is preferable. If on top of all of this you are well-organised, able to prioritise tasks and work effectively as a part of a team, do not hesitate to send us your CV.
