Job description:
- Customer Support: Handling calls and emails, assisting in resolving technical issues.
- Problem Solving: Using your technical expertise to find quick solutions for customers.
- Data Entry: Ensuring accuracy when inputting information into the system to maintain smooth processes.
- Building Relationships: Establishing long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with customers through professional communication.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German at least at B2+ level – You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers.
- Knowledge of English at B2 level for communication in the team and during training.
- Openness and strong communication skills – Your approach to customers will help them feel comfortable and understood.
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills – We emphasize growth and a desire to learn.

- Technical knowledge – This will help in solving daily challenges, but it's not required at the start – we will teach you everything!

- Base salary of 7500 PLN gross – We appreciate your time and dedication.
- Shift-based work schedule (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Monday to Friday, no weekend shifts.
- Fully paid 5-week training program, combining "learning by doing" with the support of a dedicated mentor.
