Customer Technical Support Specialist
location: Warszawa
Key duties:
- providing excellent customer service (in english)
- building up positive relationships with customers
- resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
Job requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL (preferably MSSQL)
- Knowledge of XML
- Patience and accuracy
- XSLT and/or Java is a plus
- Very Good command of English.
