Our client is the global medical devices producer that focues on promoting new therapy within Anesthesia/Critical Care units. Right now, due to the rapid development they are are looking for Customer & Tender Expert.

Receive, validate and process customer orders, to ensure customers receive excellent service and orders are processed accurately and efficiently

Participate in forecasting and reporting on stock requirements to ensure efficient order delivery

Prepare order documentation to facilitate effective order fulfilment, customer order acknowledgement and traceability

Record and escalate customer quality issues to Customer Care, and provide feedback on issue resolution to customer.

Tender database tracking support

Reconcilation of stock on monthly basis as part of month closing procedure
-
Reconcilation of Debtors data on monthly basis as part of month closing procedure

Leading and improving the samples & demo stock distribution procedure

Preparation of SOPs
-
Database modification
-
Ad-hoc analysis reports
- Knowledge of Polish procurement processes is required
- Specific hospital procurement experience will be a plus (particularly medical devices)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English
- Computer skills i.e. data entry, understanding of core systems
- Attention to detail.
