My Client is seeking to recruit a Cyber Security Expert. The role will be a key member of the Global Cyber function – the primary focus of this role is to provide the necessary support to the Cyber / Digital Specialists to ensure that solutions to projects and programmes which allow them to meet not only today’s security challenges but also provide ongoing protection as the threat landscape changes.

Essential:
- Background in software engineering / software development
- Understanding of IT systems security (web services, database, Active Directory , Application security etc)
- Degree qualified in relevant subject e.g Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent qualification / experience
- Excellent understanding of ethical hacking techniques
Advantage:
- Understanding of industrial control systems
- Experience dealing with matrix organisation management
- Experience with BSIMM, OWASP would be highly desirable.
- Experience with security technology (data leakage prevention, event logging/correlation, threat/vulnerability/patch management, endpoint protection, encryption, IDS/IPS, firewall, computer forensics, etc) would be an advantage.
- Experience in project management would be an advantage
- Experience in security research would be an advantage
Certifications:
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), SANS GPEN, CREST
