S&D Settlements Manager

Job description
- People management, coordination the team work (the team of 6 staff)
- Processing/ Managing the daily workflow
- Keeping high quality of delivery and maintaining key process indicators
- Nurturing positive work environment
- Assuring regular process reviews from the control and compliance perspective
- Finding ways to enhance processes
- Effective use and allocation of resources
- Dynamic prioritization
- Cooperating effectively with other units
- Dealing with reviews and audits
Requirements
- Min. 3 years’ work experience at banking/financial institutions in Treasury Operations or within Financial Market is a need
- Knowledge of operational risk, including but not limited to capital markets and treasury position monitoring
- Fluent English (used on a daily basis)
- MS Office environment knowledge (excellent knowledge of Excel is a must)
- Right understanding of the control environment
- Experience and understanding of treasury processes and liquidity management
