Job description

• People management, coordination the team work (the team of 6 staff)
• Processing/ Managing the daily workflow
• Keeping high quality of delivery and maintaining key process indicators
• Nurturing positive work environment
• Assuring regular process reviews from the control and compliance perspective
• Finding ways to enhance processes
• Effective use and allocation of resources
• Dynamic prioritization
• Cooperating effectively with other units
• Dealing with reviews and audits

Requirements

• Min. 3 years’ work experience at banking/financial institutions in Treasury Operations or within Financial Market is a need
• Knowledge of operational risk, including but not limited to capital markets and treasury position monitoring
• Fluent English (used on a daily basis)
• MS Office environment knowledge (excellent knowledge of Excel is a must)
• Right understanding of the control environment
• Experience and understanding of treasury processes and liquidity management
