Key Deliverables:
- Ensure analysis meeting has been organized with the application owner
- Participate in the analysis phase of the application on boarding process
- Engage application development teams to understand the application’s architecture and identify gaps between the application and DAP
- Give technical assistance to the application development team to bridge any identified gaps
- Assist, where required, in areas of functional expertise and development assistance for utilizing DAP components
- If the application doesn’t comply with DAP standards, document the reason in the DAP Ordering Tool and log the appropriate requirements in the DAP requirements register (JIRA)
- Assist RDO with the on boarding process of the application, where required
- Assist application owners with any DAP related development queries
- Level 3 support for DAP Engineering Team
- Provide development support for application migration
Additional Duties:
- Work with application teams outside their portfolio and gather requirements for DAP future release
- Participate in design reviews of future DAP releases and features
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements of key DAP processes
- Conduct DAP training for application developers
- Perform BladeLogic deployments of hostable components to DEV & UAT, if require
- Experience in Microsoft .Net Framework
- Experience in Oracle databases, Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase
- Experience in Windows Communication Foundation, RIA Services, SAML
- Experience in HTML, ASP, XML , JavaScript , Jquery, C#Sharp
- Experience in SVN Tortoise
- Experience in Internet Information Services
- Experience in SSL Certificate based authentication
- General IT knowledge and background in development & infrastructure
- Experience in configuration of enterprise components
- Consulting experience in complex IT infrastructure

DAP provides services to support application development, to centrally operate and maintain applications and to manage and evolve the platform as a product.
By standardizing key features and processes in solution delivery and operations, DAP is able to provide tool support for these processes and to automate key activities.
The DAP Consultant supports applications during the initial onboarding, new Business releases or migrations to newer platform versions. The project consulting starts by understanding customer needs with a reflection on conditions of the standard platform, to find and implement optimal solutions.
