For our client we are looking for Data Admin person
Responsibilities:
The position will involve the administration, mapping and upload of vessel charter data on behalf of membersusing software systems. Liaison with member companies to resolve data qualityand process issues will also be required, in addition to management reportingfor executives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to workwith a global trade organisation and their member vessel tanker owner companies(mainly oil and gas shipping). The successful applicant will also be workingwith IT development and testing team so will have an opportunity to gainexperience with IT systems development and testing. The successful applicantwill be a graduate with an interest in shipping, commodity trading or ITsystems.
Skills:
- Good knowledgeof English (fluent)
- Basic knowledge of Excel Adaptive personality, can cope with rapid and varied changes in priorities
- Enthusiasm to learn about tanker vessel trading and operations
