For our Warsaw office, we’re currently looking for:
Goal: support the analysis on opportunities of scope expansion and migration of additional activities in the Data Governance organization (Data Management & Data Quality), streamline current processes and drive productivity projects globally. The Data Analyst will also participate in automation of KPI/SLA reporting as well as developing and supporting additional standard reporting. Reporting directly to the Global Finance Leader, Data Governance.
- Drive the development of a global productivity tracker and sustaining reporting process; drive for automation opportunities on reporting
- Support analysis on additional opportunities for scope expansion as well as the migration of additional activities into the Data Governance organization (Data Management & Data Quality)
- Develop a sustaining process for global coverage visibility
- Support the automation of KPI/SLA reporting; utilizing Infosphere and Metastorm reporting capabilities; global reporting consistency
- Support project deliverable reporting in order to drive prioritization and visibility to productivity tracking
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the Financial Systems Center of Excellence Portal
- Support the build of the Data Governance documentation library and standardization of template and storage for global access
- Partner with other MDM team members to support completion of project deliverables
- Perform other duties as requested by management to support project and operational goals
- Provide support on multiple projects, managing and coordinating project activities across teams and resources
Requirements:
- +2 years’ experience in an Analyst role
- Higher Degree in Accounting/Business or other relevant degree
- Very strong Excel skills, with a fluency in manipulating data
- Strong analytical skills including data mining, analysis, trending and writing accompanying commentary
- Advantage: experience with business processes standardization, data management, data profiling and process quality in an ERP environment
- Knowledge of SAP desired
- Strong English language skills
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and changing priorities
