Data Analyst (Operational Risk Department)
Work location: Zabierzów
The role:
As a Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in reporting on business management information to our onshore partners. Your main responsibility in this role will be to collaborate with colleagues in different locations in order to deliver reports to the senior management.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Working hours 7am-6pm (shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Creating and publishing regular and ad hoc reports
- Liaising with onshore partners to agree requirements
- Data gathering from onshore partners, colleagues and Subject Matter Experts as well as various databases
- Conducting analysis and graphical presentation of the data (in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Supporting senior managers with follow-up clarification/questions
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline) or relevant working experience
- Very good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup, if statements)
- Very good knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Very good knowledge of VBA
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong attention to details
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Additional assets:
- Knowledge of MS Access
- Good knowledge of Business Object
