1.) Manage all steps in the life cycle associated with the teams hiring pipeline (team is 400+). This covers replacements of leavers, and hirings tied to new projects; it covers all resource types (contractor, employee, outsourced) and it covers many locations. 2.) Continual review of data for quality and completeness 3.) Cyclical / Adhoc Reconciliation of data in hiring pipeline to data in other sources 4.) Validation that requestors are within policy , following Hiring Request processes, and using standard tools (minimal email) 5.) Role is VERY INTERACTIVE with global team. We use standard / common tools to collect data and level set, but we interact with each other via variety of methods: face to face, phone, tele conference, email, instant message.
a. Role must use all methods to succeed.
6.) Ensure prerequisite steps are completed ahead of onboarding 7.) Ensure resources remain fully allocated and funded against projects 8.) Analyse the information in the pipeline for the use of the department.
For example,
1.) How many hires in Raleigh in the next 60 days? Do we have enough floor space? 2.) How many roles that are open 60+ days or more 3.) Is there a particular project with majority of open roles? 4.) Is there a hiring manager with majority of open roles?
Advanced Excel skills:
Pivots, Look-ups, Matching, Variance Detecting and Reporting, Charts, Visual Basic is a plus; MS Access: strong User (development not required); -------MS PowerPoint (converting charts into Power Point and inserting executive summary commentary
Soft Skill:
Prior experience gathering data and information (not just "extracting" data from inanimate data sources, but gathering data from real people.
