Daily activities
Technical communication plays an increasingly significant role in many industries. In telecommunications and IT, professional technical documentation is a crucial part of every product, helping our customers build and manage their ICT networks.
To meet the evolving user’s expectations, Nokia is building a new approach towards documentation, making use of advanced data collection, analysis and data interpretation. This way we adapt the end-user documentation to the ever-changing online world.
We are looking for a motivated student to join our Customer Documentation team in Wroclaw. Your role will be to devise and apply data mining and data analysis techniques to build analytics for Nokia documentation.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with content developers, support them with data configuration, and help to define system requirements for the program.
Your role is to use your analytical thinking to process and analyze web data using statistical methods and/or machine learning. You will also interpret data in order to understand, optimize, and improve the effectiveness of web solutions according to the program needs.
You will be able to learn the documentation creation processes and will have an impact on its shape and form by comparing and confronting how it is created with the way it is used by end users.
The high-quality product documentation that you will help create should abide by the applicable Nokia standards, which are co-defined by our team here in Wroclaw.
