We are currently looking for Candidates for our Client for the following position:
Data Analyst
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for sourcing and maintaining Client Referential Data. This role is responsible for maintaining the production processes and control associated with Client account set ups and ongoing maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Understanding Customer Account opening/maintenance requests from key internal clients
• Being in contact (via e-mail or phone) with the client
• Understanding the business areas that the group supports and manage workflow based on Customer/Market priority and sensitivities
• Developing and understanding of the importance of the Data integrity of the function and action all requests with a control based mindset
• Conducting a review of various control reports and taking action as necessary
• Addressing any ad-hoc queries from internal clients
• Building relationships with key users.
Qualifications:
• Degree qualification
• Fluent English and effective communication with internal clients (verbal & written)
• Customer Service experience is a big plus
• Creativity,
• Problem-solving skills, multitasking
• Ability to prioritize.
