Job Description:
In this role you will collect data from multiple reporting systems, analyze the data, and work with EM business analysts to interpret the information to provide direction to the Infrastructure Planning Organization. You will interface with multiple groups to ensure data quality
Requirements:
- Min. of 2 years experience in an Information Technology reporting, analyst position
- The ability to interpret report data
- Experience in generation of capacity planning, systems performance, utilization reports
- Technical problem-solving skills, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project
- Experience developing and enhancing databases
- Experience in handling project- based activities, reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Desire to learn and adapt to new projects, and assignment
- Broad knowledge of advanced environment monitoring & management tools, performance modeling tools, capacity analysis tools, and other advanced modeling and trending tools
Nice to have:
- SQL Knowledge
- Some IT experience in a Client-Server environment, practical knowledge of mainframe, distributed network, and desktop technologies
