For our customer CISCO which is worldwide leader in IT we are looking for people who would become: Data Analyst
Main responsibilities:
• Assisting in analysis of data
• Comparing data outputs/reports and document data challenges we have today
• Creating reports and automating them
• Recommending solutions for improvement and automation (where knowledge permits)
• Working consists of
- Using various database tools and MS Excel/Access/Smartsheet for validation of data
- Reconciling data and consolidation of data
- Providing reports to internal users
- Proposing automation of internal reports
• You will be working on developing new reports
• Providing support for the current reports
• Identify areas for report quality improvement and help resolve report
• You could be eligible to work in the following markets: EMEAR
Requirements
• 2 years of experience in analysis of data
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Design reports to meet data analysis needs
• Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Assist Customer Value Realization Team with day to day reporting tasks
• Working consists of:
- Using various database tools for report creation to extract specific information
- Use of various analytical tools
- Assist in analysis of data, providing reports to internal users
- Compare data outputs/reports and document data challenges we have today
- Supporting teams with customer engagements reporting
- Maintain and develop existing reports
- Identifying areas for data quality improvement and help resolve data problems
