Your role
Do you have an analytic mind? Do you enjoy automating and improving things? We are looking for a someone to:
- build management information systems from scratch: data acquisition, preparation and visualization
- see existing processes, simplify them and replace manual parts with automated workflows
- understand data sources and connect them to give people insight
Your team
You will be working in the Business Management Strategy team in Group Risk Control. Our work includes but it is not limited to building automated reporting streams bottom-up: from data preparation to visualization. We help people in Risk to read data, understand data and manage data in a smart way.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- proven experience with designing and maintaining databases as well as whole ETL processes
- technical skills with data structuring and manipulation tools like SQL and MS Access
- consistent approach and risk awareness (you aim to make your solutions bulletproof)
- some experience in any of those technologies: Alteryx, Lavastorm, PowerQuery, R, Python, Robotics, Tableau or Sharepoint
- previous exposure to the business (you have worked with non-IT people and you were good at it)
You are:
- able to assess new ideas and provide implementable solutions
- passionate to understand how things work
- excited by new technologies. You want to learn new skills and think about complex ideas
- good at building connections (you work with people, not for people)
