We are seeking a Workday Data Conversion Senior Analyst, who will be responsible for ensuring the successful and on-schedule conversion of client data in support of Workday deployment, through leadership, collaboration, guidance and influencing of the client, the Aon Data Conversion and overall project deployment teams.
- Learn and understand clients’ business requirements and work with the Conversion Principal Consultant to architect, convert and validate conversions
- Ensure adherence to CDS Conversion methodology and best practices
- Support the Conversion Principal Consultant in scope and estimation discussions
- Responsible for actively participating in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle
- Become an expert in the Workday product suite, specializing and deepening skill set within conversions
- Develop working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as external clients. Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
- 3 or more years of experience consulting for enterprise software applications with a focus on data conversion
- Experience with the complete software project lifecycle, understanding the importance of data conversion and the time commitment involved
- Knowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirements
- PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP systems experience desired
- Demonstrated on experience with ETL software, SQL, Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated Project Management experience.
- Strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. developers, technical operations, and customers
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment and deal with multiple high priority activities concurrently
- College degree in computer science, mathematics, or other logic-oriented degree
- Excellent English language skills
- Able to travel up to 35%
