Data Management Officer

Requirements:
- Proven track record of SAP master data management is a must
- Knowledge and experience of SAP Variant Configurator will be an asset
- Have a background in implementing change, communicating change and changing business processes
- Detail oriented and have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and ability to share knowledge & assist others in solving problems
- Ability to take initiative
- Customer oriented
- Must have very good computer skills in everyday office programs including MS Office (especially Excel and MS Access)
- Fluent English is a must (both orally and in writing)
- Master degree, preferably in related area
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for architecture and development of SAP Variant Configurator
- Interface with IT Department through developing data / information links and data structure to ensure consistency between SAP variant configurator and related web applications and data bases
- Will be responsible SAP master data (Customer, Material and Vendor) accuracy and integrity within organization (regional level – EMEA) through performing master data cross check analyses to identify and resolve inconsistencies & anomalies
- Review, validate, execute and prioritize requests from EMEA region for mass maintenance of master data as approved by business including but not limited to create, change, extend, block / unblock, activate / deactivate, or otherwise modify master data
- Apply business rules and best practices when reviewing requests to maintain (create / modify) SAP master data
