For our Client - a global leader in commercial real estate services, investment and outsourcing. We are currently looking for experienced and ambitious candidates for the position of Data Management Team Leader. The perfect candidate will be independent, open-minded, diligent and detail oriented person with excellent presentation & communication skills, ability to work efficiently in the dynamic multinational environment. The candidate should have at least 2 year working experience in a similar position; with min 1 year experience in people management. The candidate should have strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and reporting skills as well as good knowledge of data management processes. Likewise be able to manage projects involving many parties located in multiple countries, provide solutions and improvement ideas and be able to effectively communicate risks, issues and achievements. The role would include strong cooperation with the Lease Administration, Strategy, Transaction and Estates Management teams located in the UK and Client’s regional Teams located in Europe, US, Asia and Africa therefore real estate background, knowledge of multiple foreign languages would be an advantage.
