Your role
Are you a born team leader? Do you know how to bring out the best in everyone? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- ensure monitoring of completion and validation of instrument data
- guarantee the daily upload of prices for all instruments (including derivatives and index instruments), indices and benchmark
- supervise daily check on missing prices
- ensure correct and timely processing of all daily tasks while being compliant with all internal regulations and legal requirements
- transfer of know-how within the team
- ensure timely reporting of issues to Head of Operations
Your team
You’ll be leading a newly established team in Wroclaw / Poland, which is highly motivated to handle and optimize the data document processes within its responsibility as well as to ensure the best possible service for clients and stakeholders. As the team leader of this new group you will be responsible for the operational steering as well as for the coordination of tasks and resources. You are the first contact for the supported business units and your direct management. Next to the support of the data entering processing, preparatory work for risk management as well as continuously monitoring of the agreed quality service levels are your key tasks.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 2-3 years of experience as team leader
- high risk awareness
- high client service orientation
- good technical understanding and problem solving skills
You are:
- fluent English (verbal /writing)
- fluent in 1 additional European language (business level, spoken/read/write ability)
- good in people management
