• Review data to assess accuracy against client policies
• Engage with business, predominantly via outbound phone calls, to verify their information and update client platforms as appropriate.
• Adhere to all compliance requirements

• English written and spoken min. C1 level
• German written and spoken min. C1 level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer engagement is the critical part of this role
• Proficient user of the MS Office package, Google sheets
• Ability to build and maintain effective customer/vendor relationships
• Attention to details & Problem-solving skills
• Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under time pressure
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
