Our client is a global pharmaceutical company that establishes a new Finance Sheared Service Centre in Cracow. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Data Privacy Manager.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for develop, document and maintain the Company’s global data privacy compliance programme, including drafting internal standards and develop goals and policies, oversee and conduct a technical and business privacy gap and risk analysis, including mapping personal data flows in the Company. What is more, holding this position you will be responsible for evaluate and ensure contract negotiation terms, compliance reviews and ongoing monitoring activities of customers, vendors, partnerships and third party relationships are conducted as they relate to the use of personal data. The purpose of this role is to keep local notification(s) up to date, including keeping track of the legal entities which carry out processing and keeping track of new data processing purposes. The person in this position will also be responsible for assist with compliance matters, including dealing with subject information requests from the public and liaising with external advisers and government authorities.
A successful Candidate should be fluent in English and have at least 2 years of experience with compliance programmes and liaising with government agencies. Such experiences may have been gained e.g. as an external advisor or in-house legal advisor. The ideal candidate has formal legal qualifications, e.g. a Master’s degree in Law or equivalent as well as solid work experience with data privacy law. The ideal Candidate has ability to work independently and self-driven, build up an argumentation and recommendation for BoM, work with and involve internal stakeholders, among others IT, HR, Quality etc. and has ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Analytical skills and a drive to achieve results are essential to be successful on this position.
