Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
What will you do?
- Work to support customers of our client
- Understand and make decisions according to defined Client Policies and Procedures
- Familiarize with or be interested in culture of supported language (pop culture, history, slang, etc.)
- Respond to contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality standards
- Identify inefficiencies / improvement opportunities in processes and suggest solutions
- Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams
- Reviewing legal documentation according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Cooperating with other team members and leads
- Legal background, studies or previous experience
- Excellent skills of computer literacy and information research
- Experience in working in a multinational environment
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast changing environment
- Readiness to work Public Holidays and or shift scheduled system
- Not involved in PIP program for at least 6 months
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English B2 or higher
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German B2 or higher
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients
