The Complexity & Analytics team is part of the central Group IT Strategy & Architecture function and is therefore responsible for all bank-wide reporting and data analyses concerning the overall IT architecture. This includes regular KPI and metric reporting as well as timely responses to ad-hoc analytical demands. Typical customers of the regular reports are divisional and functional CIOs and Chief Architects as well as a broad community of IT Owners. All these analytics are based on a data hub which is designed and maintained by the team. Therein, data from several other IT management systems is collected, integrated, harmonized and archived. Enhancing this data hub is key for the team to expand the scope of possible analytics and to increase efficiency. In addition, IT complexity measurement is one of the major focus areas for which new concepts are constantly developed, implemented and rolled-out within the company. Other topics comprise end-of-live management, solution delivery process compliance, IT productivity and investment monitoring.
