Job description
- Maintaining service reporting (SLAs, KPIs, various analysis within accounting area)
- Support the process of external (Client) and internal (Capgemini) analysis and reporting
- Cooperation with Delivery team on driving continuous improvement initiatives while supporting implementation of new automations
- Support Command Center core tasks (Mailbox handling & Administration)
- Customers query resolution (various areas: system updates, users’ accesses)
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports
- Provide accurate and timely management information to senior management
Position purpose
Maintain and develop Command Center standard reports and be involved/responsible for improvement/automation projects.
Requirements
- Experience in Reporting, Data analysis areas
- General IT knowledge (Software & Hardware)
- Knowledge of VBA
- Good knowledge of other Ms Office Tools (especially Ms PowerPoint and Ms Excel)
- Understanding financial processes would be an asset
- Experience with automations would be an asset
Candidate’s profile
- Very good English is essential - B2 level
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- Proactive attitude and innovative approach
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Very good communication skills
