Your role
Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- set up and maintaine client data in various internal platforms
- extract and manipulate data from various environments (Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters)
- ensure handling requests with the highest quality and in a timely manner
- develop and build up relations with the internal stakeholders and vendor staff
- identify inconsistency and proactively look for resolution and improvement
- ensure all procedures and guidelines are followed
Your team
You’ll working in the Data Management team located in our Office in Krakow Business Park in Zabierzow. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely provision of reference and static data on behalf of all business streams. The team is committed to continually increase the quality of the services it provides to the business while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- master or bachelor degree in business or finance area
- experience in financial instruments static data and pricing fields
- very good written and spoken English
- very good knowledge of MS Excel
You are:
- a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)
- well organized and flexible person with positive and "can-do" attitude
- strong analytical skills (understanding large volume of data and procedures)
- experience in working under pressure and with short deadlines
