These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Assist in resolving incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production systems
- Assist in install, configure and maintain database platform and additional components
- Assist in providing technical support for application and databases on various OS platforms
- Review technical design plans
- Suggest necessary upgrades and patches as required
- Very good English
- Degree or last years of technical study
- Good Windows Servers or Linux operating system skills
- Database products knowledge: MS SQL or MySQL or Oracle will be an asset
- Basic knowledge of computer networking
- SQL or PL/SQL or T-SQL programming skills will be benefit
- Knowledge of PowerShell or bash scripting will be benefit
- Technical IT courses or certification within databases area will be benefit
