Database Architect/Administrator

Responsibilites
- Developing, estimation and presenting Teradata off-load strategy
- Implementing off-load strategy (database migration from Teradata to Oracle)
- Analyzing and migration of legacy applications to Oracle
- Work in team
- Work with English-speaking customer
Requirements
- Ideally 5 years of recent experience with excellent Teradata v.14,15, and Oracle 11g-12c technologies understanding
- At least 5 years of recent experience in design and development of applications using Teradata and Oracle (excellent experience in SQL, performance tuning and issues solving)
- Experience in Data Warehouse and ETL technologies
- Excellent knowledge of partitioning, clustering, indexes, index management, and statistics
- Experience working with Linux, Unix
- Experience in databases migration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of common software development practices
