Work model: hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Join our growing engineering team supporting mission-critical systems in the financial sector. As a global tech partner with 30+ years of experience, we help top organizations modernize their tech and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Manage PostgreSQL and Oracle databases (incl. RAC, GoldenGate)
- Handle replication, performance tuning, and query optimization
- Ensure database security and availability
- Configure monitoring using modern observability tools i.e.: Prometheus, Grafana
- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams on data flows
- Support incident management and root cause analysis
- 6–8 years of DBA experience (PostgreSQL & Oracle)
- Strong database architecture, replication, tuning, and Linux/UNIX administration skills
- Familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana
- Bonus: Financial services experience (banking, payments) and Familiarity with automation/scripting (Python, Bash)
