Datacentre Support Engineer

On behalf of our Client, the global company located in the city center, to the internal IT department, we are currently looking for: Datacentre Support Engineer

On this position main responsibilities include:

• Support Datacentre and System Management solutions hosted within a global infrastructure serving 6000+ clients
• Identification, investigation and solving of all supported services problems and issues
• Day-to-day proactive live services monitoring

  Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years technical support experience in a large infrastructure
• Technical knowledge and experience in supporting some of:

- HP Server Hardware
- VMWare Server Virtualisation
- NetApp storage appliances
- Citrix Netscaler - Windows Server Operating Systems
- Microsoft System Centre (SCOM / SCCM)
- Microsoft SQL Server

• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to judge priorities and act accordingly
• Convincing, diplomatic attitude
• Good communication
• Fluent in English
