Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Collecting debts according to the post suspension process
- Pro-actively engaging with debtors to ensure timely resolution
- Cooperating with internal departments (Credit, GCS, Cash Ops, Billing and Sales teams)
- Process cases in a timely and effective manner
- Allocation of incoming payments and accounts reconciliation
- Resolving complex queries - Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships
- Shift: 11:00 A.M - 7:30 P.M
- Fluent English and Spanish (min.B2)
- Preferable experience in Customer Service/ Call Center/ O2C Collections
- Communication, negotiation and analitical skills
- Able to work under independently as well as a part of the team
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets will be an asset
