Your role:
*Assist in identifying appropriate resources for on-boarding, as well as hiring new team members *People management *Day-to-day coordination *Technology leadership to prioritize and schedule team work *Basic administration for the team (e.g. time reporting, vacation planning and coverage, compliance including completion of training) *Initial escalation point for performance or other delivery issues.
