Delivery Manager

Responsibilites
- PPM: manage team up to 50 people, create career plans, setup goals, hiring of new teammates, attrition control
- PM/Delivery: conduct regular reporting, CSAT activities, setup project forecasts, budget forecast and control, looking for opportunities to increase margin and project growth
Requirements
- Domain: basic understanding of Investment banking domain, difference of trading models and strategies, knowledge of different types of securities
- Softskills: strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical thinking
- People management: knowledge of Luxoft internal systems to manage team (Luxhire, Luxstaff, Luxtalent)
