As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the overall management from budget planning and people management to new business development and customer relationship. In this role you will be responsible for the program financial performance to achieve company-wide goals.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to become our local representative in Wroclaw. Your goal will be to lead team of people, maintain good relationships with local customer management and support our sales team in active looking for new business leads.
Customer focus: ability to establish communications and strong relationship with senior internal and external stakeholders, attracting new business
Help to create project and program budgets, submit periodic forecasts
Ensure delivery within defined parameters: scope, quality, cost, timeline
Build project wider management team (PM, Team Lead, etc)
Ensure close and constant monitoring of customer satisfaction
Provide ad-hoc reporting
Perform staff risk management, performance reviews, regular personnel appraisals, evaluations
Build and maintain governance model with customers
Ensuring sharing of best practices, infrastructure, networks business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between teams
Conduct final interviews and assist with new-hire activities
At least 3+ year's professional experience of managing delivery streams of 40+ people in an outsourced model
5+ years of practical experience in building ITO service delivery teams in Eastern European outsourcing environment
Solid SDLC understanding and implementation experience (both SCRUM and Waterfall)
End to end understanding and experience working within different financial outsourcing models (T&M, FixPrice, risk/reward scheme), budgeting, budget execution, invoicing, SLA principles
Ability to recruit, mentor, manage and motivate a distributed team in multiple locations and effectively organize a team of team leads and PMs reporting to him
Strong Risk Management experience
Professional experience in multimillion contract negotiations and execution
Experience in working in investment banking area is highly desirable
Experience in delivery large programs, PMI certification will be a benefit
Educational background in Computer Science will be a benefit
Account management experience will be a benefit
