Responsibilities
- Business development and building of collaboration with Client
- Interact with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide high-level coverage for the teams
- Budgeting, Risk management, and Reporting
- People management
- Review and improve Software Development policies and procedures to constantly improve the operational effectiveness of the Software Development Center
Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of software development methodologies is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (including fluent English language skills)
- Experience in project staffing and people management
- Strong technical background - understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, database design principles
- Experience in outsourcing companies
- Domain knowledge in Investment banking/finance is a big plus
